Americas Commercial Trucking (ACT) Research announced that Dr. Dave Fluharty has joined the firm as Senior Staff Statistician.
In this position he will collaborate with other members of the ACT team to enhance reports, forecasts, and research with statistical modeling, data visualization, and advanced analytics

Fluharty brings to ACT over three decades of experience in the motor vehicle industry at several Tier One suppliers and a US automotive OEM. Most recently he was manager of Market Forecasting and Research at a major commercial vehicle parts supplier.
During his career he has made individual and managerial contributions in forecasting, statistics, simulation, economic & strategic analysis, metric development & reporting, finance, M & A, marketing, research, quality, reliability, training, and government.
