Hercules Tire and Rubber Co. was a key sponsor of the May 21st Austin Carr Celebrity Golf Outing, an event that benefited the Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.), a Cleveland-based not-for-profit organization.
Steve Sanders, former receiver for the Cleveland Browns football team and founder/CEO of the Steve Sanders Academy Charter School, joined Hercules CFO Jeff Marshall and Territory Sales Representative Tim Hutchinson, along with Hercules customers George Lattimer of Weber & Sons and Jason Burrer from Bob’s Truck Tire Service LLC.
Y.O.U.’s mission is to empower youth, ages 14-19, who come from families at or below poverty, to succeed in school, the workplace and life.
