Tenneco launches Spanish-language Web site for Monroe products

Feb. 13, 2008

Tenneco Inc. has launched a Spanish-language Web site for Hispanic-American technicians and their customers covering the Monroe brand of ride control products.

The new site -- www.espanol.monroe.com -- contains information on shocks and struts for passenger applications and features the same interactive functionality and extensive content as the Monroe brand’s English-language Web site.

The new site offers quick access to in-depth product information, application lookups, installation and troubleshooting procedures, answers to frequently asked technical questions, and a direct link to Monroe Technical Service specialists.

Consumers accessing the site can easily identify the nearest Monroe dealer and learn about the vital role of shocks and struts in helping to protect their driving safety, the company says.

“Monroe is committed to providing industry-best product information and technical support to all customers in all markets,” says Carri Irby, brand manager, North American Aftermarket, Tenneco. “Thousands of Hispanic-American technicians already rely on our products each day; this new Web resource is designed to help them grow their ride control sales through fast, easy, around-the-clock access to the latest product and application details.”

In addition to the English- and Spanish-language sites, Monroe also offers a Web site for French-speaking aftermarket professionals, at www.francais.monroe.com.
