Podiums for Mickey Thompson Tires at Lake Elsinore

The 2012 LOORRS season continued at Lake Elsinore, Calif. this past weekend with both Mike Porter and Drew Britt earning a place at the podium during the weekend’s competition.
 
Mike Porter, the 2011 Pro Buggy Unlimited Champion who scored a third place podium finish in the season opener, took first place in the Pro Buggy Unlimited class on Sunday in round four on Mickey Thompson Sportsman ST Radial’s size 215/70R15 (front) and 275/60R15 (rear). Drew Britt, who secured a second place podium finishes at the season opener, celebrated a second place finish on Sunday in the Super Lite class on Mickey Thompson ATZ Plus tires, size 31X10.50R15.
 
“It’s no surprise to see Mike and Drew up at the podium again this season,” stated Aaron Smith, Off-Road Team Manager, Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels. “These guys were back again this weekend as fierce as ever. They came through some tough competition that included a number of accidents during racing action over the weekend. We congratulate them both on another great performance.”
