After three years of a partnership that is working for both parties, the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) and Yokohama Tire Corp. want more.

Their new three-year extension will keep them together through 2015. But why are they such a good fit?

Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich, who recently attended the press conference announcing the news at Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, Fla., says Yokohama technology that features environmental friendliness without tradeoffs is the key.
