Representatives from Bekaert Co.’s Shanghai, China, office recently visited Techking Tires Co. Ltd. at its facility in the Chinese city of Qingdao. The Belgium-based Bekaert supplies steel cord to Techking.
During the meeting, Techking and Bekaert shared views of future developing trends in the tire industry. Through technical communications about OTR, TBR and PCR lines, the companies came up with solutions to develop steel cord with special specifications for Techking ‘concept’ tire products.
The company says that with support of Bekaert, Techking will develop products for its customers with better performances.
Techking manufactures radial OTR, bias OTR, truck tires and passenger car tires for the worldwide market.
