The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has introduced the fleetHQ Utility Event Response program. This premium, tire-related service helps utility vehicles receive optimal support from tire dealers during power outages and other emergency situations.

The fleetHQ Solution Center will dispatch tire dealers’ service trucks and technicians to sites that have been impacted by power outages. Utility Event Response also will offer premium Goodyear tires in the sizes and types necessary for utility vehicles.
In addition, customized event reporting “will help participants make more efficient and effective decisions during times of crisis,” according to Woodruff. “This is a premium service that is exclusively available through fleetHQ.”
