Chevy Tahoe tops SUV list

The Chevrolet Tahoe was the top-selling SUV in 2007, according to information provided by the Specialty Equipment Market Association.

Approximately 134,905 Tahoes were sold last year. The rest of the 10 best-selling SUVs are as follows:

3. Jeep Wrangler (110,236 units)

4. Jeep Grand Cherokee (109,184 units)

5. Honda Pilot (106,743 units)

6. Ford Explorer (95,578 units)

7. Jeep Liberty (82,164 units)

8. Toyota 4Runner (80,297 units)

9. Chevrolet Suburban (76,900)

10. Dodge Nitro (67,475 units)

The Jeep Wrangler experienced the largest increase in sales from 2006 to 2007 (53.9%).
