Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has added a 40-inch size to its Discoverer STT Pro light truck product line.
The tire is now available in size 40X13.50R17.
Cooper says the Discoverer STT Pro provides superior reliability and durability with Armor-Tek3 construction that adds strength to the sidewall and tread area. Mud release dimples and scoops prevent build-up and improve traction in off-road conditions.
The Discoverer STT Pro also features a silica-infused tread compound to improve traction in wet conditions, and lowers rolling resistance for improved fuel mileage.
Cooper says the new 40-inch size will allow the Discoverer STT Pro line to reach a larger piece of the growing outdoor enthusiast market.
