Western States Manufacturing has purchased the tire repair manufacturing facilities of Davis Rubber Co.
Both Western States, based in Sioux City, Iowa, and Davis Rubber, based in Little Rock, Ark., have been serving the tire repair industry for 78 years.
Operations and manufacturing will be headquartered at the Western States factory and offices in Sioux City, according to Dan Hunstiger, director of sales.
