New pre-pressed hub assemblies from SKF USA Inc. are designed to make replacing of wheel bearings and other hub components easier for popular Toyota vehicles by eliminating the need to replace individual components or repair bearings with a shop press.
The line of SKF pre-pressed hub assemblies includes four models for popular 2003-2017 Toyota vehicles, including part number BR930981 for the Toyota Tundra pickup truck, Toyota 4Runner and Tacoma with rear wheel drive. Hogan says three additional SKUs will be coming out soon for popular Toyota light truck applications for both RWD and 4WD.
The company says the pre-pressed hubs will make installation easier, eliminate the complex press design and reduce vehicle down time.
