The latest model of the Power Lifter from Martins Industries Inc. lifts sport utility vehicle (SUV) and pickup truck wheels.
The company has increased the Power Lifter’s load capacity from 110 lbs (50 kg) to 187 lbs (85 kg).
Other new features are a safety strap to hold wheels in place; three automatic lift speeds to lift tires and wheels in under 13 seconds (as compared to a single, slow speed on the original model), and a hardware tray and impact wrench holder.
The company says the new features are designed to improve the efficiency of tire installation and further reduce the risk of a work injury.
