Maxam Adds Airless Telehandler Tire to Lineup

Oct. 27, 2020

Maxam Tire North America Inc. has rolled out an all-new solid tire, the MS709, for telehandler applications.

The tire provides "a rugged and long-lasting solution for demanding construction applications," according to Maxam officials.

"Made from 100% rubber, the MS709 two-stage construction provides durability and the highest standard of ride quality."

The product's "unique, reinforced centerline eliminates lug flexing and tearing that commonly occurs in many solid telehandler tires. To elevate the product performance, Maxam incorporated a specialized tread compound that runs cooler - resisting wear and chunking."

The MS709 also features an extra-deep, aggressive, non-directional traction pattern to optimize grip and minimize slippage. "With a zero-maintenance, airless tire construction, the MS709 removes the potential of tire flats due to punctures or sidewall damage, as well as routine air pressure checks."

Maxam's Double-D apertures provide additional cushion when running in harsh environments.

The tire is available in size 13.00-24 and 14.00-24.
