RBR, Enfinger Team Up For NCWTS Finale

Nov. 16, 2016

The No. 92 BTS Tire and Wheel Distributors Ford F-150 Ricky Benton Racing (RBR) Enterprises team with Mike Hester as Crew Chief will contest the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Ford EcoBoost 200 this season's final race.

The last time Grant Enfinger was behind the wheel of a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) entry, he found himself in victory lane in his home state of Alabama at Talladega Superspeedway. The NCWTS season-ending Ford EcoBoost 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, the Fairhope, Ala., native will look to repeat that feat in the No. 92 Ricky Benton Racing (RBR) Enterprises BTS Tire and Wheel Distributors/Goodyear Commercial Tire Network Ford F-150.

"I'm excited and appreciative for the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the 92 truck at Homestead," said Enfinger. "I've known (RBR team owner) Ricky Benton for a long time and have a lot of respect for what he has done for the sport."

"Hopefully we can have a solid run for him and all the folks at BTS and Black's Tire."

"Grant is a guy who has had a lot of success everywhere he has been," said Benton. "We had a run of bad luck in the middle of the season, but have a good team with a good crew chief and some good trucks and are looking to finish the season on a high note."

To make the Enfinger/RBR pairing work required a little rearranging of Enfinger's schedule for the finale weekend.

"Before Ricky called, I was scheduled to be at Homestead to work as a mechanic on the No. 24 entry with my GMS Racing crew guys," Enfinger said. "I'm thankful that those guys let me off the hook for a chance to race."
