Leeds West Groups (LWG) has acquired the real estate upon which one of its Big O stores in New Mexico sits - the 38th such transaction the company has completed over the last 20 months.
The store, which was purchased in September 2019, is located at 1141 Juan Tabo Blvd. NE, Albuquerque. It had been owned by Max Martinez and Juan Tabo Properties.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
