NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.), Inc. unveiled its new ignition coils line at the 2016 Automotive Aftermarket Product Expo.
The new NGK Ignition Coils line covers nearly 96% of vehicles in operation in the United States. The company says the comprehensive product range includes over 450 ignition coil part numbers for late-model domestic and import vehicles.
The full ignition program will be available to distributors following AAPEX 2016.
The company says the coils were developed in its ISO 17025 accredited test lab at extreme conditions that are far beyond any operational environment that a vehicle would experience.
“We are very excited with the launch of NGK’s full line of premium ignition coils,” said David Boer, vice president of marketing. “This program rounds out our ignition offering, allowing us to offer the highest quality ignition components to the market while providing service dealers with the confidence they’ve come to expect from both NGK and NTK products.”
