What attracted you to the industry?
My mother started an automobile dealership in 2002 and I added tires.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced in your career?
Not being prepared for the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Strategic planning and systems are now in place.
Who has had the biggest influence on your career?
My Mother Zelda Gray when she started her company everyone laughed as she is a woman in a predominantly male world. She now is the leader in our tri-county area. She inspires me; if she can persevere and succeed, I certainly can!
What is your biggest accomplishment in the industry?
Our company went from being one of seven dealership/repair facilities in 2005 down to one in 2021.
