RNR Adds to National Leadership Team

Feb. 8, 2022

RNR Tire Express has promoted two of its executives and hired a third as it continues to grow with new franchisees.

Tracy Cintron was promoted to the role of franchise director and Candace Lovett was promoted to national marketing director. Susan Vice has joined the company to serve as financial controller.

Cintron had previously served as franchise coordinator for RNR, and she will continue helping franchisees in their store development efforts and will begin playing a more central role in their onboarding, training and overall success.

Lovett, who’s moved up from her previous role as marketing manager, will oversee strategic planning and initiatives for the company’s 160-plus locations nationwide, and also lead the national marketing team and efforts to expand the size and scope of all marketing efforts.

Vice will oversee the daily operations of the accounting department and the financial well-being of the company.

“RNR has been serving American communities for over 22 years now. And throughout that time, we’ve demonstrated an understanding of the importance and value of investing in the right people and the right positions to create a winning formula,” says Adam Sutton, president of RNR Tire Express. “Adding these three extraordinary women to our leadership team is one such investment that will help prepare us for the rapid growth ahead and help ensure our franchise's future success.”

RNR has more than 160 franchise locations operating in 26 states, and the company is actively searching for qualified multi-unit franchisees to expand nationally.
