Toyo Adds to Severe-Service Truck Tire Line

March 22, 2022

Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. has unveiled the Toyo M325, an all-position medium truck tire designed for on- and off-road use. The tire is available in eight sizes, including wide-base SKUs.

The Toyo M325 is the latest addition to Toyo's M-Line of commercial tires and has been engineered for mixed-service fleets in the construction, energy, logging and mining industries.

"Through several years of real-world testing in severe duty applications, Toyo Tires developed a sturdy casing with e-Balance Technology that minimizes service growth of the tread profile and maintains a uniform and flatter tread radius for the entire life of the casing," say Toyo officials.

"The M325 also features a wide footprint with specially designed stone ejectors in every groove and a cut-and-chip resistant tread compound. For fleets that demand an even tougher tire, there is the M325 CR in size 11R24.5 with an extra tough cut-and-chip resistant compound and rugged sidewall protector for the most severe duty jobs."

“We worked with our dealers and their customers to create the M325 for the North American market,” notes Dave Johnston, senior manager commercial products and business development, Toyo.

“This development model means it was built with the market and the result is a tire that meets the needs of today’s modern construction and natural resource fleets.”
