George Baird, the co-founder, owner and president of Baird & Rudolph Tire Co. in Malvern, Pa., recently died at the age of 70.
Baird ran the dealership for more than 40 years.
Born to George W. Baird Sr. and Jane Edsall Baird, he is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joanne; children, Julie and Will (Amanda); grandchildren, Cameron, William and Grace; and other relatives.
Baird served in the U.S. Army as a medic.
