Percheron/Big Brand Acquires MPG Tire Locations

Percheron Capital/Big Brand Tire & Service has acquired 11 locations in Tucson, Ariz., from MPG Tire and Auto Service. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

The acquisition of MPG Tire gives Percheron/Big Brand Tire more than 170 outlets throughout the United States.

Percheron/Big Brand Tire plans to "integrate its proprietary technology infrastructure and systems across each of the acquired locations, further enhancing MPG's ability to provide superior customer service at a great value in a professional and friendly environment," according to Percheron officials.

Big Brand Tire CEO Joe Buscaglia says his company is "pleased to welcome the 11 MPG locations to the Big Brand family as we continue to expand our growing footprint and partner with best-in-class operators across the country.
