Bridgestone Americas Inc. has added a function that will enable direct referrals from its consumer websites to more than 900 Bridgestone TireConnect-affiliated dealers.
Customers will be able to obtain a quote, request an appointment or buy tires online from any TireConnect dealer "directly from the Bridgestone and Firestone websites," according to Bridgestone officials, who add that dealers can expect "a meaningful boost in tire leads and sales."
Bridgestone acquired TireConnect in 2016 to provide an online buying platform for its dealers.
