Bridgestone Americas Inc. has partnered with TCS Technologies to equip tire dealers in the Bridgestone Affiliated Retailer Nationwide Network with its software product and “exclusive partnership benefits.”

TCS’ software program for Affiliated Retailer dealers offers the following software solutions:

  • Mobile inspection application to replace paper inspections
  • Easy connections to wholesale tire distributors and parts suppliers
  • DOT registration and reporting to automatically process and register warranty information
  • More opportunities to cross-sell services, including to other vehicles in the household
  • Customized workflows and order validation to ensure consistency among team members and across store locations
  • Better organization with a fully integrated appointment calendar and service bay scheduler
  • Customizable service advisor to add suggested services to a service request
  • Key management reports available on demand

Additionally, affiliated retail dealers who enroll in TCS’ software services are eligible to receive these benefits:

  • Discounted standard setup fees for first-time enrollers
  • Co-op funding reimbursement on TCS software through Bridgestone*
  • Select integrations at no cost, including:
