Yokohama Tire Corp.'s new RY587 MSC commercial truck tire is designed for trailer applications.
The tire contains Yokohama's Belt Edge Cushion, Edge Cover Sheet and Stress-Wear Control Groove, plus a fuel-efficient rubber compound and other features.
It was designed using Yokohama's proprietary Strain Energy Minimization (STEM) technology and is based on the company's RY637 truck tire that was unveiled last year.
The RY587 MSC is currently available.
