Darren R. Wells has been named Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s vice president and treasurer.
Wells, 36, is currently assistant treasurer of Visteon Corp. He joins Goodyear August 1 and will report to Stephanie W. Bergeron, senior vice president, corporate financial operations.
Wells worked for Ford Motor Co. for 11 years prior to joining Visteon in 2000.
