Border International, a truck dealership in El Paso, Texas, has opened Border Recapping, an Oliver Rubber Co. LLC retreading facility.
Border International is a full-service truck, trailer, parts, service, body shop and leasing dealership celebrating its 20th anniversary. In addition to El Paso, the company operates locations in Las Cruces, N.M. and Tucson, Ariz. Border Recapping will employ seven technicians. The 32,000 square-foot facility also will offer new commercial truck tire sales featuring brands from Michelin North America Inc.
"Strategically opening Border Recapping next to our Border International dealership will create a one-stop solution for our customers needing new tires or retreads in addition to the service, parts and equipment we already provide," says Charlie Cogdill, general manager of Border Recapping.
