Tate Boys Tire & Service Names a New CEO

Tate Boys Tire & Service LLC has named Martin (Marty) Schoenthaler as a new partner and CEO, effective May 1.

Schoenthaler was vice president and chief information officer at Archer Daniels Midland Co., an agricultural processing firm. At Tate Boys he'll be charged with helping lead the tire dealership's continued growth as they look to expand their presence throughout the region.

At Archer Daniels Midland Schoenthaler oversaw information technology, as well as its business transformation program.  In 2014 Schoenthaler was named Oracle Corporation's CIO of the Year for North America.  Prior to ADM, he worked for ConocoPhillips Co. as well as the IBM Corp.

Schoenthaler has an MBA from the University of Arkansas and undergraduate degrees in business administration and computer programming from Missouri Southern State University.
