U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture Inc., has purchased Premier Tire Terminal Inc., a wholesaler based in Denver.
The sale was completed on Feb. 12, 2015.
Premier Tire had been looking for ways to expand its product line, according to a message on the company’s website from owners Mary Ellen Hornbacher and John Perschbacher, and U.S. AutoForce regional sales manager Dwayne Burton.

“Premier Tire has been a family owned company for 76 years and the reason for our success has been our loyal customers and employees. For some time now we have been thinking about how to continue to expand our product lines and grow in the ever-changing and competitive tire business. After recent changes by one of our main suppliers, we have decided to sell the assets of our business, to US AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, headquartered in Appleton, Wis.
“U.S. Venture is a family owned company deeply committed to its customers and employees. U.S. AutoForce has two locations in Colorado – Denver and Colorado Springs. In addition to Goodyear and Cooper, they also have a number of additional product lines and marketing programs to offer our customers. U.S. AutoForce currently has 29 warehouses throughout the country.”
