ITC Sets Conference on OTR Petition by Titan and Union

Jan. 19, 2016

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has scheduled a preliminary conference on Jan. 29, 2016, in response to a petition from Titan Tire Corp. and the United Steelworkers (USW) union to levy anti-dumping and countervailing duties on pneumatic off-the-road tires imported from India, China and Sri Lanka.

The conference will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 29 in Courtroom B at the ITC office at 500 E. Street SW in Washington, DC. The conference is open to media and the public.

Unless the Department of Commerce (DOC) extends the deadline, the Commission must reach preliminary determinations in its antidumping and countervailing duty investigation by Feb. 22, 2016.
