Several new high performance products were introduced today at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show by Hankook Tire America Corp.
The Ventus V4ES premium all-season, ultra-high peformance tire uses special silica blend compounds for grip in all driving conditions. Optimum wet and dry handling is "competitive with some of the best UHP summer tires on the market today, the company says, "while still getting twice the winter performance of the typical summer UHP tire."
It is V- and W-speed rated and is available in sizes ranging from 16 to 20 inches.
The company´s new Ventus S1 evo Y-rated UHP tire was developed to minimize distortion in heat and at high speeds. It offers maximum comfort and handline and is available in 11 sizes ranging from 17 to 22 inches, says the company.
