Pennsauken, N.J.-based Albert Tire began selling Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. products in 1949.
The company wholesales Goodyear, Dunlop and Republic brand tires to retailers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.
It has warehouses in Pennsauken and York, Pa.
Albert Tire´s Billy Albert and John Casey recently accepted a plaque commemorating the 55-year partnership from Larry Mason, president of Goodyear´s North American Tire division, and Eric Brown, general manager of Goodyear´s G3Xpress distribution program.
