Both Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and Michelin North America Inc. have taken top honors in various categories in the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Original Equipment Tire Satisfaction Study, which was released today.
Goodyear´s OE tires for pickup trucks and full-size vans received highest customer satisfaction rankings, while Michelin ranked first in OE tires for the luxury sport, SUV and mass market/non-luxury tire segments.
