"Best on Bridgestone" contest returns

Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc. will hold its second annual "Best on Bridgestone" contest at this year´s Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas, Nev.

"The contest was initiated in 2003 to encourage vehicle builders to choose a Bridgestone brand tire for their SEMA Show vehicles," says Phil Pacsi, executive director, North American Consumer Tire Brand Marketing, Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire LLC (BFNT).

The contest is limited to SEMA members, who may submit any Bridgestone-shod project vehicle on display at the convention.

BFNT prefers that entries be submitted before the show, which runs Nov. 2 through Nov. 5, but entries also will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Oct. 31.

The top three finalists will receive a cash prize, a trophy and a plaque.
