T.O. Haas Tire Co. Inc. will take over operation of Hutchinson, Kan.-based Gullickson Tire on Monday.
The acquisition gives T.O. Haas its fifth store in Kansas and brings the Lincoln, Neb.-based chain´s total store count up to 30.
Former Gullickson Tire owner Don Menze will continue to manage the outlet for T.O. Haas, says T.O. Haas President George Hoellen.
"He has a great relationship with his customers and employees, as well as a solid understanding of the Hutchinson marketplace."
Gullickson Tire had been one of T.O. Haas´ wholesale customers for a number of years.
T.O. Haas is the 37th largest independent tire dealership in North America, according to Modern Tire Dealer data.
