TBC Corp. will announce its second-quarter financial results following the close of the stock market on Monday, July 26, 2004.
Company executives will hold a conference call on Tuesday, July 27, to discuss the results. The conference call, which will be Webcast at TBC´s Web site (www.tbccorp.com), will begin at 10 a.m. EST.

TBC´s stock price on the NASDAQ exchange closed at $21.61 yesterday. That compares to a 52-week high and low of $30.90 and $17.45, respectively.
