Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s Cali, Colombia, medium truck tire plant will undergo a $50 million expansion.
"The investment solidifies Goodyear's commitment to the growth of Colombian exports in certain Latin American countries," says Eduardo Fortunato, president of Goodyear's Latin America region.
The upgrade will include several phases, the first slated to begin soon and the final scheduled to be completed in 2006.
