John Pallo, the National Tire Dealers & Retreaders Association's director of dealer development in the early 1970s, has died.
He was 85.
A Yonkers, N.Y., native, Pallo was a decorated World War II and Korean War veteran.
Preceded in death by his first wife, Alison, he is survived by his second wife, Rosalie, and a son, Drew.
