    Yokohama ADVAN A048 replaces A008

    Yokohama Tire Corp.'s A008 racing tire is being phased out and will be replaced with the company's ADVAN A048.

    The 21-year-old A008 will see its last major competition this weekend as the spec tire at the Mohegan Sun Grand Prix in Lime Rock, Conn.
