Lenders under Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s principal United States and European credit facilities have extended the company's deadline for filing its Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2004 to June 30.
The delay in filing will not prevent Goodyear from accessing credit facilities or obtaining letters of credit, if needed.
Goodyear had previously planned to file its 10-Q by the middle of June.
