Bandag Inc.'s board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.325 per share on its common stock, Class A common stock and Class B common stock.
The dividend is payable April 19, 2004, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2004.
Bandag's common stock closed at $49 a share on the New York Stock Exchange on March 9. That compares to a 52-week high of $49.33 and low of $28.70. Bandag's Class A common stock closed at $47.55 a share vs. a 52-week high of $47.69 and low of $26.39.
Bandag's Class B common stock is unlisted.
Bandag recently reported consolidated net income of $60.2 million on consolidated net sales of $900.5 million for 2003.
