A new management team is running China Manufacturers Alliance LLC. According to Chairman Xian Fan, the confirmations will become permanent at the nest board meeting.
The company will continue to be headquarted in California.
The new officers are:
* Larry Williams, CEO.
* Mike Yang, president.
* Steve See, vice president of operations.
* Ben Tang, comptroller.
"There will be other major Chinese tire manufacturers joining the new alliance," said Fan.
He added that Shanghai Tire & Rubber Co. plants producing the Double Coin brand, private label tires and radial OTR and industrial tires are scheduled for "major production increases."
