Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has promoted Doug Andrus to performance tire analyst and Paula Luzader to performance tire applications specialist.
Andrus will be responsible for leading Cooper's high performance dealer and consumer education efforts throughout the company's Great Lakes, western and southern regions.
Andrus, who joined Cooper in 1988, most recently served as southern region manager in the Findlay, Ohio-based tiremaker's consumer relations department.
Luzader will perform similar duties as Andrus in her new position but will cover Cooper's eastern and central territories, as well as the company's Mastercraft dealers.
She joined Cooper in 1990 and most recently served as customer service representative for Cooper's eastern region.
