A new management team has been chosen at Hercules Tire & Rubber Co., reports Larry Seawell, the company's president and CEO.
Mike Distel has been named president of Hercules USA, the consolidation of the former Hercules Tire Division and TDW (Tire Dealers Warehouse). Kevin Breen has been named vice president of private brands, and Lou Fontana has been named vice president of purchasing.
Hercules USA operates from its corporate office in Findlay, Ohio, with warehouses in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Chicago and Findlay.
Rob Keller has been named president of Hercules Canada. He maintains oversight of warehouses in Ontario and distribution of Hercules brands across Canada. Hercules Canada operates from Toronto, Ontario.
And Joe Recchia has been named president of Kitchener, Ontario-based Hercules International.
