Am-Pac Tire Distributors Inc., franchisor of Tire Pros, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Latham Tire Company, d.b.a. Autotire Car Care Centers, for an undisclosed amount. The closing is scheduled to occur shortly.

Autotire was founded in 1981 by partners Gene Latham, Ray Latham and Ronsick. It now consists of 23 metropolitan locations, a wholesale operation and parts division.
Both Tire Pros franchises and Autotire are members of American Car Care Centers (ACCC).
