Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has named Marc Voorhees vice president of finance for its North American unit.
Voorhees comes to Goodyear from Eastman Kodak Co., where he was most recently operations manager, Digital & Film Imaging Systems European Region.
His appointment is effective Oct. 1.
"We are extremely pleased to have a seasoned business leader of Marc's
caliber join our team in North American Tire," says Goodyear CFO Richard J. Kramer.
"His experience and achievements as a finance leader, as well as a general manager, will allow him to contribute immediately as we continue our business momentum."
Voorhees spent 28 years with Kodak.
