According to The Chosun Ilbo, Kumho Tire Co. has inked an agreement to build a third tire manufacturing facility in China, specifically Changchun, China.
One year ago, the company announced it had signed a preliminary deal to build a tire manufacturing plant in Tianjin, China. The plant, currently under construction under the supervision of Tianjin Kumho Tire Co. Ltd., will be Kumho's second plant in China; the other is in Nanjing.
Kumho also runs three tire plants in Korea.
