Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will remain the aviation tire supplier for the Civil Air Patrol, the all-volunteer civilian arm of the U.S. Air Force.
Goodyear will provide tires for each of the patrol's 52 units, including Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.
Patrol members use planes for search and rescue, disaster relief and other missions.
The Civil Air Patrol has some 60,000 members.
Goodyear began working with it last year.
