Goodyear announces ride-and-drive program

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will give tire retailers a chance to test drive its tires via a series of ride-and-drive events.

Goodyear plans to demonstrate its Assurance and Eagle lines at 22 cities, while its Wrangler and Fortera lines will visit 30 cities.

"Our intention is to create an experience for our retailers that allows them to feel the performance of these products," says Melissa Montisano, Goodyear's segment marketing manager for passenger tires.
