Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s Just Tires retail chain is teaming with fleet leasing company Wheels Inc. to provide an on-the-go tire installation program.
The program will make use of Just Tires' network of service trucks that install and balance new tires at fleet drivers' homes or offices.
"Wheels Inc. recognizes the high worth of fleet driver time and we are always looking for ways that help drivers minimize downtime," say Wheels Inc. officials.
The new service "is an option for fleet drivers who prefer quick, on-site tire installation rather than going to a retail store location."
Goodyear has nearly 30 Just Tire outlets in the greater Chicago, Ill., area.
