Wayne Jensen, owner of B& J Manufacturing Co., dies

Wayne Jensen, director and owner of B&J Manufacturing Co. in Glenwood, Ill., died April 15. He was 69.

Jensen spearheaded research and development for the company that was founded by his father, Emil Jensen, in 1942. During his career he developed many new and innovative B&J Rocket Rasp products for the retread industry.

Jensen is survived by his wife, Elisabeth, his son Jan Jensen, daughter Kathleen Schottke, sister Lucille Persson, mother Mae Jensen and his father.

Robert Burnetter, Jensen's nephew, has become B&J's new director.
